Smaller time frames have many more bars and therefore requires a lot more entry & exit decisions. More decisions creates more anxiety & mistakes. Using larger chart time-frames will help you make fewer but more successful decisions improving your trading.
It’s not about your winning percentage, it’s all about your dollars per win versus your dollars per loss.
Have an opinion but don’t stick to it. The market (price action) is never wrong. Good traders don’t stick to their opinions.
If your trade plan is to maximize the number of winning trades and minimizing the number of losing trades, it will work against you. Your success rate of the trades is the least important statistic which will actually work against you.
