On elementary Missions Day, Mrs. Lee spoke from her heart about the Gospel and the amazing grace of our Savior. She used the Lord's Prayer to help us learn more about prayer, and we made our own prayer journals.
One of our own former MVCS students is preparing at Bethany College to be a missionary. Bethany Douglass shared all about her upcoming 18 month missions trip to Slovenia, and we prayed for her.

Singing Hills blessed us with an extremely delicious pizza lunch. Watching so many cheerful servants of God in action was a notable lesson in itself.
Then the elementary students rotated to stations around Singing Hills. Mrs. Holleran taught on prayer in song at her station. The groups examined hymns, sang joyfully, and even wrote a song of worship!

2019 Elementary Missions Day: Prayer The entire elementary school banded together for a retreat to Singing Hills on Missions Day. We hope that this day of focus on prayer will help us to change, and help us to change the world, through God's power.
