Meet Jacob, A deeply disillusioned 40 year old real estate developer in your city, closing multimillion-dollar deals and shaping neighborhoods. His days are packed with site visits, investor meetings, and navigating a pipeline of ambitious projects. He’s a hard working, meaning-seeking millennial who’s built an empire through grit and vision, but he’s fed up. The government’s iron grip—skyrocketing taxes, suffocating regulations, and a global creep toward authoritarianism—threatens everything he’s worked for. Jacob’s not alone. A 2024 study shows 68% of small business owners cite government overreach as a top threat, with taxes eating up to 40% of profits in some regions. Globally, freedom indices report a steady rise in authoritarian policies, eroding personal and economic liberty. Jacob sees it firsthand: bureaucrats stalling his developments, taxing his success, and chipping away at his freedom to build. Enter $CVRE, a token Jacob helped develop. Its model hooked him: liquidity fueling real estate acquisitions, rental income driving token buybacks, reducing supply and boosting value. As a developer, he gets it—real estate is the backbone of wealth, and $CVRE ties tangible assets like apartment complexes and commercial hubs to crypto’s potential. Plus, the community—rebels, visionaries, and freethinkers—feels like his kind of tribe. Jacob’s knows crypto. He owned significant BTC and ETH years ago, held, and dodged the hype cycles. $CVRE is the next logical step in crypto—grounded in the asset class he knows best. It’s a hedge against the system he’s fighting: big government and corporate monopolies. He believes people should be sovereign citizens of the world, free from overreach, and $CVRE's decentralized model aligns with that vision. In February 2025, Jacob invests $50,000 in $CVRE, a bold move to diversify his portfolio and stick it to the system. He’s too busy negotiating deals to day-trade, but $CVRE's passive model suits him: buy, hold, and let the real estate cash flow work. By 2027, he checks the blockchain from a construction site. The $CVRE Group is buying back tokens monthly, funded by rents from a new spec home neighborhood he helped vet as a community contributor. Driving by the property, he feels a surge of defiance—like he’s reclaiming his city from the bureaucrats. His $50,000? It’s now $162,500 in a crypto bull run, a 3.25x gain. He sells a chunk to fund a new project, but holds the rest, betting on $CVRE's vision to disrupt centralized control. Unlike stocks or bonds, tied to Wall Street and government whims, $CVRE's real estate backing and on-chain transparency give him confidence. Every buyback, tracked publicly, fuels his belief in a system where INDIVIDUALS, not institutions, call the shots. Jacob’s not preaching crypto at industry galas—most developers are too traditional—but he’s quietly whispering to anyone who will listen. He sees younger hustlers, like Gen Z, embracing decentralized finance to escape the same overreach he fights. They are the future, and he's building for them anyway. $CVRE's real-time data and community-driven governance resonate with his demand for sovereignty and accountability. For Jacob, it’s a way to fight back without slowing down his empire-building....And he loves sticking it to the man. We’re cheering for the rebels, the builders, the ones who want to strip power from bloated governments and corporate giants and give it back to the individual. Jacob’s fighting for his freedom and his city. Are you? Own your future. Own $CVRE. #SovereignCitizens #NoMoreOverreach #BuildYourEmpire

Sometimes this industry feels like a casino. You've got people yelling from every corner to buy something because it's 'cool' or 'good' or the 'next shib.' In order to sort the signal from the noise, it requires that you try to understand motivations. How is the person yelling making money? Are they counter-trading an audience? Are they pumping a new token every two weeks that only has 48 hours of price action? Or are they doing something else? If you can figure out who is real and who is just here for a transaction, you'll be able to make huge, long term bets with higher confidence. We haven't always been right in what we've put money in, but the reason we've made it to this point after 10 years in the industry is because we can tell who is playing for the long term and who is just sucking blood from a community. We're excited to prove to you who we are. $CVRE
