Sometimes it’s the little features that bring me a lot of joy. Recently added this little gem to our Claude iOS app to be able to quickly capture and analyze photos. Just a quick tap from your Lock Screen or Control Center. Whether you want to identify a plant, translate a sign, or transcribe whiteboard notes it’s pretty convenient to have at your fingertips.
I like the big features too :). Search is available in feature preview in the US across all paid plans on our iOS and Android apps (and web ofc)
Claude can now search the web. Each response includes inline citations, so you can also verify the sources.
@pixel_poppie could you try 1.250317.1? (just shipped this morning). Found a nasty bug, but also I think there may be a bug with the framework that makes it not work 100% of the time still 😭. Slightly embarrassed it's in this state, but will hopefully find a workaround/fix soon. If you're still having issues, I recommend trying out our regular widget which is almost as useful, but can't have it on your lock button or control center (it is, however, still a convenient way to open the camera)
