@Dollywood I love your parks... but waiting 30 min in line for water (fountains are closed) or drink refills is unacceptable. And then only providing small cups of water... 8oz or less. Please reconsider this plan. It’s a huge inconvenience.

@onepeloton terrible customer service!!! I bought a bike weeks ago. Delivery today. I was home... no one showed. My local is closed for Covid!! No call, nothing! 30 min hold times for customer service on the phone. Terrible!!!! Already disappointed

Big Ten logic: it’s safe to open campuses for classes, let kids live in dorms, & let athletes train for 20 hours a week in their sports, but it’s not safe to play games in any sports. This is insanity.
