@WitchyAlisha @grrlintersect Make a pie with it. Cut in half, bake, scrape, purée; use maple syrup in place of sugar. It is so worth it. Also toasted pumpkin seeds with spices!!!!

@grrlintersect Onions potatoes and buy some bacon and egg you can make onion pie. It’s a pie shell lined with potato layer than caramelized onion and bacon. Cover with egg and sour cream mix, bake like quiche😋
