@tescomobile Unfortunately I was in touch with Tesco mobile inclusidjng the exec team possibly as much as 20 times, the case just kept getting brushed under the table and my issues dismissed, no investigation into the misselling and did not even look at the sales at the time which I signed up

@tescomobile You customer service staff member was quite clear of what a shocking service you offer, months and months of failing to deal with my missold contact, failures to respond in time then 2 days demand for me to close my account. @ken.murphyuk.tesco.com is aware.

@tescomobile my experience is misspelling of contract, failing to accept evidence supplied, closing complaint before responded to, closing complaints before resolution, why did I remain so loyal for 20 years?

@tescomobile dear team I am shocked, Tesco mobile has to be the worse supplier ever, I've had a complaint with you open caused by the miss selling of a contract for 4 months now and every time I log it to discuss further the complaints manager just keep shutting down @Ceooftesco

@mandmdirect got to say I was shocked and appalled today after using this website. I got told my goods were being taken back to the warehouse . Delivery was not even attempted and no emails to show the delivery. This was a critical present and they were not interested. Shocking.
