@KeyHyundai - what is the purpose of having a text line for service if the texts are never replied to?? My Father - customer for over 15 years - has been awaiting a reply to a text for a day and a half - w an inoperable car! What gives?

@AskCiti @Citibank So received my replacement card today delivered via @FedEx - the package was not even closed and the letter and card were hanging out of the package. @Citibank customer service did not want to see the picture - thought u might - doesn’t look too secure

@AskCiti I spent 20 minutes on the phone w your customer service. They refused to allow me to supply a picture - and they hung up on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEVICE TO HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS

@_NickWhalen Largest concern that I’d have on Jonathan Taylor is that he’ll likely never run behind a o-line as superior as he’s had at Wisconsin. See M Bennett, Ron Dayne, Melvin Gordon, Montreal Ball. Corey Clement and others.

@VZWSupport Frustrating - try impossible when you get robotic responses from your chatbot - perhaps try defaulting to elevating to an actual human dyer offering the same response via chatbot 3x. No error message on the site, for a strong match no password - but would not advance.

@vzwsupport @verizon - your chatbot feature is awful - if your site and app won't verify a customer's login and your chatbot requires login to speak w a live agent.
