Next chapter in Tornetta case 👩‍⚖️ Oh my, plaintiff's attorneys now feeling the heat, too. Thank you to all of you who are helping to make retail shareholders heard. You are all making an important difference. Plaintiff's attorney filed today a "Reply Brief in Further Support of Application for An Award of Fees and Expenses", where they propose an alternative way of looking at their fees. Remember, it was initially 29.4 million $TSLA shares (today roughly $5.4bn). They still want that (and argue so on 49 of the 54 pages), but on pages 50 to 53 then, "to be helpful (😂) to the Court, Plaintiff includes herein a cash-based alternative structure the Court could consider were it to grant something other than shares." They feel that stock is fluctuating, and has lost 30% of its value this year (ohhh,😢), they "acknowledge the requested award, if granted, would be record-setting and the subject of significant commentary." So they propose to be alternatively remunerated at $73,948/hour, which would amount to a "low-end cash award of roughly $1.44bn". Document here: plainsite.org/dockets/downlo…

Wait, you seriously claim that the man who has landed the largest rocket ever built, the first reusable rocket with the highest payload and the lowest cost per kilogram ever, that can land and take off on the Moon and Mars, would not be able to make autonomous vehicles a reality, while already 400,000 Tesla customers use this system successfully and without problems every day?
