@ScottPresler Good policy can make them work for ordinary people (use them to get municipal tax rev, infrastructure buildouts, etc) and bad policy can screw us over.

It is rare I see a homegrown solution a shift worker has come up with. The best workers have great skill and dexterity by hand but aren't coming up with ways to reduce work.
