I didn’t want to build VIDERA just another website. I wanted it to become part of the business system. I connected Airtable, Make.com, Gmail & Google Calendar to automate data, payments, communication & scheduling. ↓ x.com/i/article/2087…
Part 2: What happens after the order enters the system? In my last post, I showed how I used Airtable + Make.com to capture and organize customer/order information automatically. But storing the data is only the beginning. I wanted the system to actually do something with it. So I built the next step: Airtable → Make.com → Router → Google Calendar Once a record reaches the right stage, the automation can: → Detect the relevant record → Check the conditions → Send it through the correct route → Create/update the appointment in Google Calendar And I tested it. It worked successfully. ✅ For an online store or service business, this means fewer manual checks, fewer missed appointments, and less time jumping between different tools. The bigger idea is simple: Your website shouldn't just collect information. It should trigger the processes that happen after the customer submits it.
