When it comes to finding winners in any industry be it real estate, finance, technology, you name it. You need to develop a nose to sniff out asymmetric bets and such nose can only be developed through experience, wisdom, knowledge, patience etc etc (the list goes on and on)... The thing is, even if you are starting out or are a seasoned trader/investor these bets show their potential, which I call Proof of Winner, during the darkest most painful stages of a cycle. When sentiment is in total despair and depression aka the point of maximum financial opportunity these PoW bets stand out from the rest!! It's important not to misallocate your capital before the coming bull run (yeah, it will come!). Because most of the time, you can't buy cheap and buy twice.
