Do NOT get a @Venmo credit card. @VenmoSupport is useless. You can’t email them documents to support a dispute—you have to fax them. And they cannot tell you on the phone whether or not the fax has been received. #venmo horrible.

Just so you know when disputing a charge with @venmo, you can either fax your documentation or send it in the mail. They don’t accept email attachments. Welcome to 2023. Good thing they’re not in charge of anything important, like money. @venmoSupport
