@AmericanAir , you’ve officially ruined my birthday. I paid for a first-class, priority experience, yet my luggage was delayed and I have nothing to wear to my birthday dinner. This isn’t the first time this has happened while flying priority with you. Unacceptable. Do better.

@Marriott I booked a room at your establishment that I ended up not needing so I never checked in. Your hotel staff took it upon themselves to check me in anyway and charge a card that is not on file in my Marriott account but that I’ve used at one of your locations in the past

@instagram I message you guys every other day bc my IG account is not allowing me to follow other users. I am clicking follow & when I revisit the page it as though I never hit the follow button. I have been asking you to fix this for me for 4-5 weeks‼️
