Why celebrate players' personal sexual relationships on the baseball field at all? Baseball is about hitting, throwing, catching, and running the bases, not broadcasting who anyone sleeps with or dates. Players shouldn't face discrimination for their personal preferences, nor their religious beliefs, but there's no requirement for fans, teammates, or the sport itself to publicly affirm or celebrate anyone's private sex life, or private anything during games. As long as they perform well and represent the team professionally, what happens off the field should stay off the field. Personal matters can be discussed or celebrated elsewhere.

Exactly. And I'm so sorry... Our stories are absolutely as insane as yours. It's incredible what the people with power can do. And what they do when you tell them they legally can't do something. We're familiar with a case in Idaho that had similar issues. The lawyers talked the uneducated daughters into undoing the Trust with the house in it, and selling the house to pay their fees. And one of the attorney's son worked for the title company that sold the house to some friends for cheap. This prevented the sisters from keeping the house for themselves, the court officers drained the estate with their fees over the next 5 years, and kept the subject from being able to get on Medicaid right away. Once the money ran out, the attorney for the subject withdrew, there is no current attorney on the case (unconstitutional), there is a GAL, but only as a GAL not as dual attorney (which would also be a conflict but it's allowed in Idaho statute, tho the ISC has recently ruled it unlawful), the court-appointed guardian and the conservator both withdrew, and family had to step in, which has its own challenges.

You don't realize how much you use it til you don't have it. When I got Trigeminal Neuralgia and lost some cognitive ability, and started having memory issues due to the medication, I had to mourn who I used to be. It is such a huge loss. That was 20 years ago. I'm a different person, but better for it now. I also have trouble walking due to other issues. When I see young people running and enjoying their lives I think, "Don't take your feet for granted! Wear, great, expensive shoes! You never know the moment it can end. Appreciate every step." Even when you hurt a finger or thumb occasionally, it makes you realize how blessed you are when you have all 10.

Trump was listening to the "expert" Fauci, to whom all other presidents listened. Trump had to rely on the experts. Fauci and all the other doctors and scientists and health experts were at his side at every announcement, and if they had disagreed, they should have said something. When Trump tried to affirmatively promote other ways to kill covid, like HCQ and Ivermectin as well as proven ways to get light in and clean the system, they did disagree and he was shut down by all including Fauci and the media. I would disagree with you if I didn't know anything about how the judiciary in the wild west courts of Idaho worked, and suing would work. But the judges are so corrupt in Idaho, and do whatever they want for their buddies. Now one of the former KCRCC major players is the DC administrative judge in KC, so... that ain't happening. Judges do not follow the law, they just do whatever pleases them. So, he can't take it to the courts. The only way forward is exposure through media.
