@Wildcat_MAC @steveberklund If you were a true K State Wildcat, you would know he beat many of Gramatica’s records for 50 plus yarders in college. Also, watch video proof in game of his leg strength. Listen to the announcers comment on distance. m.youtube.com/watch?v=yreI9e…

@Wildcat_MAC @steveberklund Weak leg? 54 and 52 yard FG’s for Cardinals, 2 game winners. Misses were 2 off DIRT in Oakland, 1 57 against the wind, not in domes and perfect in EP’s in his career unlike others missing. 70 yard FG is weak? x.com/mmccrane16/sta…

@jimayello @JoelAErickson I know some say all a kicker has to do is kick but it is still a special teams unit. QB’s aren’t fired when the overthrow a receiver or an INT? Expect a QB to practice a few hours with new wide receivers each week?

@jimayello @JoelAErickson More than ever this year, kickers are brought in mid week with a few hours to practice with new snapper/holder for timing, field conditions, environment, and pressure if miss, you’re fired. Doesn’t happen in other positions like that.

@AllanBell247 Would you bring a RB on a Thursday for 1 1/2 hour practice with the team Friday and expect perfection on Sunday and if he fumbles/doesn’t do well, you cut him? I know a kicker just has to kick?? Not really, timing with snapper/holder, Environment of stadium/conditions/pressure.

@Joshmontry @RapSheet How often does that happen after an INT or a fumble, even in an important time in a game that costs the team a win? I mean FIRE as in cut from team. Kickers are being thrown around with 3-4 misses or less( Forbath). Just taking up for special teams players.

@DaveK33 @RapSheet A grown man that has done his job well for YEARS is all I was saying. Especially with his injury, I agree that timing is right. If you recall, a few games back when he started to let the team down, he tried to retire and Admin convinced him to hang in there.

@RaulNBCBoston And why the Patriots didn’t sign Matt McCrane, who has never missed an EP in his CAREER? and perfect for 2 of 3 teams last year with two game winners still puzzles me? And his sister goes to TCU!
