I placed a deposit on a new BMW iX1 in early June 2022, build was scheduled for Week 6 2023. That’s this week. Now BMW has revised my build date to mid May 2023. I’m disgusted, and have no confidence at all in anything BMW tells me now. #disgusted #bmw #iX1 #appaulingservice

@ocado why won’t you turn your App back on, if only for the customers that had been using it before the pandemic (and you suffered the problem of gaining so many new customers!)? Please answer the question, as opposed to swerving it!
