I don’t blame the @LNRailway staff at Nuneaton train station for the fire which caused lots of disruption this afternoon, but I do criticise them for the lack of clear and up-to-date advice. They effectively threw their hands in the air and just said we don’t know.

My whole weekend ruined next weekend thanks to train strikes @WestMidRailway @LNRailway hotels booked trains paid and shows booked. So much money lost. Zero consideration for passengers.not even sent emails just a random socials post.

@LNRailway shocking customer service. Train on platform 7 Euston to Birmingham (1556) has a fault - absolutely zero staff on the train or platform to help and direct people - literally hundreds of people on the platform with no clue what’s going on
