I can't imagine those chemicals are healthy to be eaten. Carbon steel is normally Cybertruck color... so the "seasoning" is unnatural. Good way to fail a food inspection. "Health inspectors generally view a properly maintained seasoned griddle as safe and functional, provided it meets general requirements for being: Cleanable. In good repair. Free of excessive buildup that could harbor bacteria or flake into food." The last two lines will cause it to fail in citation heavy socialist states. I rest my case.
