@delhivery has become the new scam master.. delayed deliveries and inefficient + non-responsive customer support tops it all. Aap parcel gurgaon ke liye book karo ye use Hyderabad bhej rahe hai or iss galati ke liye refund bhi ni dete. @KushaKapila ko bhi rula diya h tumne toh

@delhivery Do you call this delivery on time when you are sending parcel to it’s destination today? I placed this courier on 19th Aug & for 9 days it has been lying at the origin warehouse.. how careless this attitude is. You promised to deliver by 22nd, but you are sending this out on 27th

@help_delhivery Now it’s just not a matter of delay. It has now come down to mishandling of my order as well.. the order that was supposed to reach Gurgaon by 22nd August you are sending out that product on 27th August. What kind of service is this?

@delhivery And to add on your customer service is even more pathetic. You ask this person named Amar Kerkar for any updates on your concern and his one standard reply will come- "i am checking for the updates on the same with the concerned team" and after that he has no updates to give you.

@_Kalyan_K @Flipkart Your logistic partners are updating false remarks that i asked them to reschedule the delivery. Your delivery timelines are just superficial. I was promised a delivery date of 9th June for my order OD125147230998578000 and now i am told that it will be delivered on 17th.

@_Kalyan_K @Flipkart With all due respect, I didn’t want to start a conversation like this but I am forced to share my unpleasant experience as a Flipkart customer. Lack of coordination between your team and your logistics partner is costing me my time and money that i invested in buying from you.
