@forduk emissions scam at Ford. If you own a Ford and the stop start has stopped working then it is because the vehicle is not charging the battery. You may find the heated screen doesn’t work either. This is apparently how it was designed. They have no fix for this.

@forduk five times now my 18 plate ford galaxy has been in for same fault. Given it back with no fix. Ford tech say there is no fix this model has had fault since launch in 2016. It doesnt charge properly which results in the auto stop start and heated window fails.
