If you focus narrowly on the problem as you see it, you might well lose hope, but if you look at it from a wider perspective, it's easier to be more positive. When I decided to leave Tibet, we set out not knowing if we’d live to see the following day - but I never gave up hope.

@alfonsobries It could be lack of rest and sleep, I have experienced that when I’m not resting enough or I’m really stressed out , the doctor once told me it was called vestibular migraine.

We can’t remove external problems at will, but in terms of our inner world we can develop tolerance, forgiveness and contentment. If we have developed peace of mind, we can remain calm no matter what happens in the outside world.

#FelizMartes

Your diet is not only what you eat. It's what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around... be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

¿Cuándo aprenderemos simplemente a escuchar?

#Gracias @XavierSalas #cronicaspandemicas
