the app is showing that the product has been delivered twice which is not even possible since we didn't recieve anyone at our doorstep since that day.I hope that very soon we could get a solution for the same and recieve the product otherwise we might have to escalate the issue.

I will be sharing the details for the issue when contacted which shows that multiple attempts have been done for redelivery when only ONCE the attempt was made and even then the delivery person rushed away before we could share our concerns.I hope you may see to this matter.
