@tamerawallwork_ It's also a lack of knowledge. Dosing should start at minimum most effective dose and stay there until its not effective anymore, then titrate up. It should also be paired with resistance training and high protein to combat the muscle loss.

@bowtiedmeathead Yes. Microdose though , see what effects it has. Likely lose a lot of fat just from eliminating food noise. Take it week by week, slow incremental increases in dosages based on fat mass lost and muscle mass preserved. Basically how the majority of people should run it...
