An email 5 years ago changed my life. I was in the midst of exploring options to focus my time after leaving public accounting. I had heard of @HillCapitalMN and @DonohuePatrickE and planned on going to a social hour to learn more. I ended up skipping the social hour.
The journey of supporting entrepreneurs continues at Hill Capital and we are excited to announce the launch of Fund II! Fund I was all about proving our investment thesis and creating a solution that would address the "capital gap" that exists for established entrepreneurs.
Another great event for entrepreneurs to connect in the Twin Cities this summer! At last year's event I was very impressed with the content and the ability of the organizers to connect attendees in a multitude of ways. Plus it is at @allianzfield in the summer. Hard to beat!

@tylertringas @calmfund It seems that it all driven by career risk. Any institutional investor doesn’t want to go outside the box in case the returns don’t materialize. Similar to VCs always looking for lead investors to pass blame if the investment goes south. 🤔
