@HomeDepot shipping is a mess. Order placed 12/18 with UPS tracking number, but never received by UPS. Reordered 1/6, still no tracking number. Customer service was not helpful.

@JaShew82 @CBSNews Her name is Amy. From an actual Karen, I am not a bitter or angry person. My Swedish father and Danish/English mother chose a Scandinavian name for me. It has now become a slur. Why is that OK with people?

@CBSNews Her name is Amy, not "Karen." From an actual Karen, I am not a bitter or angry person. My Swedish father and Danish/English mother chose a Scandinavian name for me. It has now become a slur. Why is that OK? (I admire Christian Cooper for his calm demeanor and lack of malice.)
