@VZWSupport About a year ago. I've tried on multiple computers. It is almost certainly not a problem with my setup, but a problem with the software given that mass amounts of users are having the same problem. Can you just answer if the software has been abandoned?

@VZWSupport Well it basically stops working after a few days. There are 100s of reviews and posts on your forums saying the same thing, so not just me.
