Everybody's Uncle Ed is going to say this is a sign of distress. But Uncle Ed's never run a multi-million dollar company, or planned & executed a new sports league launch. I would bet this deal has been in the works since before week 1 & Dundon wanted to see on field product.

@Xtreme_Insider @TheATrainShow And the NFL admitted this week with thier deal that Kap is an NFL caliber QB that should be in the league. Now, at $20mil that's dead center of the league. If he takes $250k to play for Memphis. When he goes back to the NFL, he's already at a huge negotiating disadvantage.

In 5 games, the home team is 5-0. The @aafiron are averaging now 4.5 points against through 2 games and held thier opponent scoreless for almost 3 halves of play. The @aafstallions suffered from depth issues at QB and WR and exposed the league wide depth issue for kickers.
