I struggled with focus for most of my life. I'm turning 49 this August, and I finally feel like I'm getting past it. The biggest change? I stopped trying to do everything. I picked ONE goal, wrote it down, broke it into smaller steps, and attacked those every single day. Brick by brick. Last year my goal was 30K monthly views on Facebook & Instagram. I put my head down for 3 months, focused on nothing else, and ended up surpassing 130K monthly views on both. It helped that I genuinely enjoy creating VeeFriends content and learning social media. One more thing: stop telling yourself, "I can't focus." Ask yourself, "How can I focus?" That simple change in wording shifted my mindset from excuses to solutions. Find something you genuinely enjoy, write down the goal, break it into steps, and keep showing up. Brick by brick. 🧱 x🧱
