@EurekaForbes , @AquaguardC , in spite of my 80 year old mother's insistence, your technician installed the inlet tube in an inconvenient & ugly manner. The tube is now constantly getting in her way while using the washbasin, dislodging itself often. Bad job. Fix it.

@campbellwilson, I checked in online on AI668, and noticed that your system did not place my 2 little kids next to either parent. That goes against the law. And your CS staff cannot do anything. So if its too late for the checkin desk to help, will you ground the plane?
