It’s our belief that Roc Nation has some involvement in the recent lawsuits and string of bad press surrounding Stake and Drake. Roc Nation has faced previous accusations that it participated in a scheme where money was offered to file frivolous lawsuits against an opponent.

So for months, Charlamagne has been pushing a lie that Drake pays his fans to push narratives meanwhile he gets paid by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation? Charlamagne has been fear mongering and making accusations about Drake & Stake meanwhile he worked as a Roc Nation employee to obtain a gambling license? Nah, they got it.

Same bullshit Virginia “RICO” lawsuit that was filed in January 2026. Nothing new. The judge DISMISSED the first complaint on June 12, 2026 and gave the plaintiffs an opportunity to amend it as it relates to KICK ONLY. The first complaint was never served on Drake, Adin Ross or George Nguyen and the plaintiffs attorneys used the WRONG BUSINESS NAME in the lawsuit. Stake has already filed a motion to dismiss the first complaint and a motion to compel arbitration, both are pending the judge’s decision. Stake has also moved for SANCTIONS TO PUNISH the plaintiffs’ attorneys for filing a complaint that doesn’t abide by Rule 11 obligations.

Possibly, we can’t say for sure. What’s more likely is that all these people can’t wrap their heads around how everything they said and did in 2024–2025 didn’t destroy Drake’s career. So they assume the only way he’s still standing is because he’s paying people. It can’t just be that fans of a global music megastar (whose numbers and success actually match his popularity, btw) are defending him. In their minds, we must all be getting paid.

Many outlets that reported the lawsuit after Nancy Dillon broke the story have published articles about the dismissal: Billboard, Complex, Pitchfork, Music Business Worldwide, Hot New Hip Hop and more. Rolling Stone we’re waiting on you.

Despite being the first to obtain the lawsuit and break the story, Nancy Dillon has yet to report the dismissal. It's very odd for a prominent reporter not to update their EXCLUSIVE story. Unless they're biased. We hope that's not the case, Nancy.

📣 Update: A federal judge has dismissed the November 2025 class-action lawsuit filed by Eric Collins aka RBX. The lawsuit accused Spotify of misconduct by allowing botted streams on its platform, specifically, 37 billion botted streams of Drake’s music. No discovery occurred and no exhibits were submitted to support any of Mr. Collins’ allegations. This is a legal win for Spotify.
