Following a prior school dispute, the group tracked her to the shop intending to start a fight and record it, but she used martial arts training to defend herself and subdue the attackers. Police reviewed restaurant security footage and the attackers’ video, ruling her actions self-defense with no charges filed against her. The attackers were arrested and faced felony charges, including gang assault.

Hong, Smith and Bell you qualify under Wis. Stat. § 9.01(1)(a)1. & 5.b. - right to seek a recount. For an election with more than 4,000 votes cast, a losing candidate qualifies as an “aggrieved party” if the candidate trails the leader by no more than 1% of the total votes cast for that office. The source-code provision is Wis. Stat. § 5.905(4). You may receive access to the software components used to record and tally the votes. Importantly, § 5.905(1) defines “software component” broadly to include: “vote-counting source code, table structures, modules, program narratives and other human-readable computer instructions” Used to count votes with the electronic voting system. This is the brilliance of "Republicans" Robin Vos @repvos @danknodl @repkrug and the other brain trusts of @WisGOP (not). There is also an interesting additional provision in § 5.905(5): a county or municipality can contract with the voting-system vendor to allow greater access to the software than § 5.905(4) requires. It was pretty remarkable to watch this happen on CNBC. Host Brian Sullivan shut down former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb after Gottlieb tried to interrupt him while he was explaining why the media’s coverage of measles outbreaks has been far too simplistic. Sullivan called the reporting “lazy” for automatically blaming Trump supporters and anti-vaxxers...then Gottlieb tried to steamroll him. Sullivan wasn’t having it — “Let me finish!” SULLIVAN: “I want to push back a little bit, Doctor, and say this, that there’s a lot of lazy reporting out there about these measles outbreaks where it’s like, well, we hear that outbreaks are in Texas and in South Carolina, and it automatically defaults to some political thing.” GOTTLIEB: “Yeah, I agree with that.” SULLIVAN: “That’s lazy reporting. If you look at the data, the data is publicly available…” That’s when Gottlieb tried to interrupt him. GOTTLIEB: “Well, what I will say to that…” Sullivan fired right back. SULLIVAN: “No, no! Let me finish!” “This is critical. This is not…it may be political, but it’s also very religious.” “A lot of the outbreaks, the majority of the outbreaks in Texas were among basically an Amish community. They’re not going to take vaccines no matter what you do.” “One of the South Carolina outbreaks, almost all of it was centered around a tight knit Slavic, very religious community in Spartanburg, South Carolina.” “These are not people who are anti-vaxxers because of politics.” “They just, their religion does not believe in it.” “So what are we willing…and there’s a lot of just laziness out there reporting where it’s like, well, they’re Trumpers so they’re anti-vaccine.” “I’m sure there’s some of that, but how much are we willing to tell a religious community that doesn’t believe in this and hasn’t for 100 years, and won’t 100 years from now that they are required to do something that their religion says they should not do?” “And that’s the challenge!” Well done Mr. Sullivan. This is absolutely insane. One H-1B holder is openly asking what happens if he: • Maxes out his credit cards • Doesn’t repay them • Lets his home go into foreclosure • Leaves the United States • Then applies for ANOTHER U.S. visa later Another H-1B holder reports roughly $180K in consumer debt and a $406K mortgage while saying he may have only 1-1.4 years remaining in the country. Forget immigration politics for a second. Why shouldn’t serious unpaid U.S. debts be part of the conversation when someone wants to extend their stay, renew a visa, change status, get another work visa, obtain a green card, or return to America later? We’re constantly told H-1Bs benefit America because they pay taxes and contribute to the U.S. economy. Fine. Then count the whole ledger. Taxes paid matter. So do unpaid loans, defaults, foreclosures and debts potentially left behind. Temporary should mean temporary. And financial obligations shouldn’t disappear at the border.

BREAKING: More than 1,000 sham marriages and a decade-long operation to allegedly game the U.S. immigration system are in the DOJ's crosshairs. Attorney General Todd Blanche announces the arrests of 11 people accused of overseeing what he calls one of the largest marriage fraud schemes ever prosecuted in the United States. Prosecutors say the multimillion-dollar operation paired Chinese nationals with U.S. citizens in fraudulent marriages, then submitted applications for green cards. Following an FBI investigation with our DOJ partners: today we are announcing a superseding indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Director of Intelligence, Heidi Beirich. As alleged, Heidi Beirich was at the center of our ongoing investigation into SPLC and their previously alleged criminal activity - where SPLC knowingly misled donors, who believed their money was being used to dismantle violent extremist organizations - when in fact, part of those donations were instead being used to pay senior leadership within those extremist groups. According to the indictment and our investigation, Beirich played a primary role in this scheme. From at least 2007-2023, Beirich allegedly helped orchestrate this fraudulent activity worth approximately $4.2 million, conspiring with SPLC to defraud donors, obtaining money through these materially false and fraudulent pretenses and omissions to pay leadership of the very violent organizations SPLC claimed to oppose. Beirich was arrested today - charged with crimes including wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. This is an ongoing investigation. This FBI will find anyone who exploits the trust of the American people and our financial system.

EXPOSED. The evidence released today shows the FBI had at least 14 confidential human sources reporting derogatory information on Joe Biden. At the end of July 2026, 8 to 10 inches of rain fell on Copake, New York in Columbia County over a 3-day period. Flooding ensued, as you can see in the photos below. The Town of Copake knew flooding would ensue. Copake participates in a federal flood program that enables citizens to have access to flood insurance for that very reason. When I went to the ORES hearing in Copake this past January, countless individuals took the stand to tell ORES they are allowing a solar developer to build in a documented floodplain. That ORES solar complex is known as Shepherd's Run Solar. Recently, ORES told the developer, Hecate Energy (Hecate is an ancient Greek goddess of witchcraft and the underworld/hell, by the way) that they must get a floodplain permit from the Town of Copake to build. Since solar developers don't intend to follow our town and county rules in New York State on their manic pursuit of green energy subsidies and credits doled out by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, Hecate has appealed this decision to ORES. A picture is worth a thousand words. This is what Copake, New York looked like from July 28th to the 30th. It goes without saying that placing a solar complex on this land is industrially stupid, ecologically catastrophic, and a major safety hazard for emergency responders as well as residents of the town. For Shepherd's Run Solar to have even made it this far in the ORES process tells you that the only "green" in green energy here is money. And lots of it.

Last night, five USB chips containing Milwaukee vote totals had “technical difficulties.” Even MSNOW wasn’t buying it. The scary thing is that the counting games happening in these Democrat primaries are likely tests for November. President Trump should declare a national emergency. No more rigged elections.

Earlier today I posted that WPATH’s concessions were part of a strategy, even if it was one I did not understand, but they were not panicked admissions and ultimately WPATH is trying to position itself to continue doing what it has always done – promote unproven, dangerous treatments for adults and children in the name of gender. After reading the full filing, I think my earlier posts were right on some points and wrong on others. First, a preface: This post is my opinion and speculation. I am speculating on WPATH’s strategy in using the language that they did in their motion to dismiss the FTC’s lawsuit in Texas. I, obviously, cannot know exactly what they are thinking and other smart, well intentioned people are reaching their own conclusions. As background, you need to understand that WPATH’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, is not just a disinterested attorney representing a client. Mr. Lowell is married to Molly Meegan, the in-house general counsel for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) who recently fired Dr. Karla Solheim from her position with that organization when she questioned WPATH’s recommendations. Lowell and Meegan are not just attorneys – they are part of the “movement.” So, every statement in this filing must be evaluated through the lens of “How does a true believing, very skilled attorney think this statement will help both WPATH and the cause of continuing to transition children?” lgbcouragecoalition.org/hall-of-shame/… Going back to my earlier posts, I was wrong in underappreciating the shift in WPATH’s position. As others (@LeorSapir and @segm) have pointed out, this is a significant shift. WPATH, and its supporters, have consistently argued that “the science is settled” and that there is a consensus. They have admitted in this court filing that this is not the case. The have stated that there is a debate and that there are divided opinions. This is an important development and I was wrong to dismiss it. Reading the entire filing, as opposed to clips in a thread, I was struck that this aspect of their filing is a bigger position shift than I first realized. However, I remain certain that this a strategic concession, and they are as wedded to their position as ever. It is apparent that they are trying to position sex rejecting medicine as still within the mainstream, even if they concede it is politically unpopular. I note several things about their filing: - They nowhere indicate any other mainstream medical organization that opposes gender medicine. With one exception, the opposition they reference is political (state laws), not expert opinion within the medical field. The only medical opposition they cite is the Cass Report, which they position as facing the same type of opposition as SOC-8 from some quarters. There is no reference to Do No Harm, AC Peds, SEGM or any other organized opposition by clinicians. - When they use the word “opinion” they mean “medical opinion.” This is not the same as a man on the street opinion. They mean this is an informed opinion, built on review of evidence and collective professional experience. They are invoking the authority of the medical and scientific establishment. When they say SOC-8 is an opinion, they mean it like the theory of gravity is just a theory. One reason they use the word “opinion” is because it is a term of art. It is used in a case that they cite to heavily, Torrey v. Infectious Disease Association of America, which I discuss in more detail below. The Torrey case held that “medical opinions” are immune from malpractice claims. WPATH is arguing to extend that to fraud claims by the FTC. - They cite the involvement of Johns Hopkins, but leave out much of the narrative from the Alabama amicus brief which exposed how WPATH sidelined Hopkins and tried to block them from publishing the results of their systematic reviews. It seems almost dangerous to have raised Hopkins’ involvement in this filing by only telling part of the story. - They are not in any way conceding that the evidence is weak. In fact, they reference the exhaustive list of studies “supporting” SOC-8 several times. WPATH’s motion to dismiss the FTC’s claim relies heavily on Torrey v. Infectious Disease Association of America. This is an interesting case. In 2023 several plaintiffs who claim to have chronic Lyme disease sued the IDA because the IDA had published guidelines casting doubt on the existence of the disease. The plaintiffs claimed these were negligent (or intentional) misrepresentations. This case occurred in the Fifth Circuit, the same circuit in which the FTC has sued WPATH, so it is binding precedent on this court. The Fifth Circuit held in the Torrey case that third parties could not sue a medical association for publishing scientific or medical “opinions.” “In this context (a scientific debate over treatment options for persistent Lyme symptoms), to say that evidence is not "convincing" or that some treatment is "not recommended" is plainly to express a medical opinion. Just because Plaintiffs disagree with those opinions does not mean that IDSA is somehow liable because their doctors or insurance providers found the opinions persuasive.” Clearly, WPATH would prefer that they did not have to concede the existence of a debate. However, they have landed on a viable strategy to continue their campaign: “We are purveyors of ‘medical opinion.’ The fact that our opinion is controversial with non-experts like state legislators is no different than medical associations being sued by hypochondriac patients who think they have fictitious diseases. We cannot be held liable because the uneducated disagree with our MEDICAL OPINION.” (Imagine “medical opinion” being intoned in the authoritative voice of James Earl Jones.) They then provide binding authority in the Fifth Circuit that “medical opinions” are not subject to malpractice claims, and, by extension, should not be subject to fraud claims. What the FTC and many of us opposing WPATH believe is that this is not a medical opinion – it is fraud. Quackery. Snake oil. Unfortunately – it is snake oil with a bunch of studies that, on the surface, support it. Those of us who have dug into this “evidence” know that the studies are basically not worthy of being printed on toilet paper, but courts are not inclined to criticize something cloaked in the authority of “The Science.” WPATH is still relying on this manufactured consensus. They have had to concede only one thing – that there is a debate. They have managed to concede this without conceding that the other side of the debate is justified or that it is even a sizable part of the medical community. They have cracked the door open, but they are confident that they can withstand anything that might try to come through that door. The rest of us will need to keep working to make them regret it.

A review of 58 studies on universal school-based mental health programs was done. Not a single researcher apparently felt it was worth including whether the program was harmful as a planned outcome measure for the study to evaluate. Harms were found anyway! Among them? Worse mental health, more rumination, worse emotional dysregulation, lower emotional awareness, lower quality of life, and… LASTING NEGATIVE EFFECTS on mother-child and father-child relationships at a six-month follow-up. 🚨 universal school-based mental health programs are BAD mental health policy and BAD family policy.
