At the @OurOceanOOC 11, we celebrated the strategic launch of the Sustainable Western Indian Ocean Programme (SWIOP), a major milestone in the EU’s commitment to strengthening ocean governance, advancing a sustainable blue economy, and building coastal resilience across Africa.
On the 17th of June at @Sote_Hub in Mombasa, the @MercatorOcean - OPERA team hosted a hybrid masterclass on #oceanmonitoring with 92 participants in a hybrid format. This event was hosted in partnership with the @OceanDecadeECOP and @Sote_Hub.
@MercatorOcean/ OPERA project represented at the the @iocafrica Regional workshop and the 9th IOCAFRICA Session that took place from 14 to 15 June in Mombasa, Kenya. Read more here: shorturl.at/TKLAZ
