Yesterday we learned that SpaceX has lined up up to $20B in bridge financing to refinance roughly $17.5B of debt tied to X and xAI ahead of its IPO. As we approach the 2026–2027 CRE maturity wall, the landscape is shifting. Matthew Bordwin shared with Octus that while we don’t anticipate a market collapse, we do expect an increase in distressed activity and opportunity.
