@LNER look, lots of people posted about this train. If I grab a drink from the cafe, and I would lose my seat. Luckily I grab a seat but I don’t have any drink! Every Alsie is full and oversold ticket! This is so wrong!

@LNER I’m 15 and travel by myself but 19:00 London to Edinburgh train. Completely oversold every aisle and area full standing, thank god I found one spare seat for me. I’m so thirsty and haven’t buy drink because I don’t have cash. They should give out free drink or refunds!
