Today, PSETA CEO Ms Bontle Lerumo hosted a Youth Breakfast Dialogue, bringing together PSETA-funded beneficiaries, interns, and learners under the theme "Empowering Youth for Ethical Leadership and Public Service Excellence." The dialogue welcomed young professionals and representatives from the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), the Special Investigating Unit (SIU), the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME), the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development, the South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM), and the Department of Home Affairs. The engagement created a platform for meaningful conversations on ethical leadership, professional growth, and the role of young people in building a capable, ethical, and developmental public service.
