@British_Airways I have sent you the details … if I don’t get this issues resolved within 7 days I will keep posting and turn to alternative channels for resolution @British_Airways
@British_Airways still hasn’t refunded AND compensated me for my BA11 on 3rd of May. Unacceptable to hold my money for so long. Been waiting 46 days! Others, beware—poor service and no accountability. I’ll post daily until resolved. #BAdService #TravelWarning

@British_Airways But they responded and rejected the claim because of unknown reason. First they closed my case without any notice and when I re-opened they wrote something about “new flight added” which I don’t understand #customerRights #britishairways
