@ups - Is there a person to speak to about delivery delays? The virtual assistant puts me into a loop of explaining the status. The package was scheduled for Friday delivery and no updates since Friday.

Apple Watch - Series 2 - Product Defect Face falls off and @appleSupport says repair will cost more than the watch is worth. Seems many users are having a similar problem - see SN4534. Senior tech says they must abide by what repair center says. Not very good support @apple

Apple Watch Series 2 - Face fell off. @apple store has seen the problem before. @appleSupport says it has cracks and will not be covered. Interesting that so many people are having similar problems. I see why my apple+ is only 2 years on watch. Breaks at 2y2m.

Now @comcast called back to remind me they would repair tomorrow. It seems @comcastcares isn’t aware of their own repairs.

Day 2 of cable outage - shortly after the last tweet a @comcast technician came and ran a new cable. This was after @comcastcares told me it would not be resolved till tomorrow. He did a solved the problem in 30 minutes.

Day 2 of cable outage due to utility work. @comcast @Xfinity has now rescheduled the repair till tomorrow (day 3). Interesting how @ATT was able to get a repair technician out within 3 hours yesterday for a line cut at the same time
