If you describe your business idea by how it differs from competitors, it's probably not the best idea.

If you can't retain top employees, your company will fail.
Product is not the only thing that will make your startup a success. As you enter the growth stage you need as much focus on these areas: - Operations - Customer Success - HR - Finance - Legal
@dunkhippo33 If you mean validating your idea.. I don't think that's too unpopular. Does this include startups that launch a "waitlist" before building a product?
If you have an angry customer, the best thing you can do is listen. The majority of the time they just want somebody to hear them.
Don't be afraid to lose customers by increasing your prices. Customers that leave because of it were never going to stay anyway.
