@YodelOnline Who is the best person to contact in regards to non payment of an invoice? After trying to resolve it myself for the last 2 weeks, I am beginning to feel my only course of action is a small claims court which I am sure is something that we both want to avoid.

@O2 Your customer service since taking out a new contract phone has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Would appreciate it if someone could contact me so I could get the issue resolved.
