Le 1er septembre, la réforme de la facturation électronique entre progressivement en vigueur. Elle va faire remonter à l’administration des données de plus en plus détaillées sur les échanges entre entreprises. En parallèle, après les intrusions de juin et juillet qui ont affecté la DGFiP, le Premier ministre a demandé à l’ANSSI - Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information de conduire un audit approfondi. Je ne conteste ni l’objectif de la réforme, notamment la lutte contre la fraude à la TVA, ni les recettes supplémentaires attendues. Je conteste qu’on avance sans avoir d’abord tiré les conséquences de cet audit. Avant de concentrer davantage de données stratégiques sur l’économie française, attendons donc ses conclusions. C’est pour ça que je demande un moratoire. Non pas pour enterrer la réforme, mais pour la construire dans le bon ordre : on ne coule pas la dalle pendant que le géomètre est encore sur le terrain.
