@OldSchoolRS Played for years, landed a false ban. No customer support. Now they want you to pay extra for customer support? lol Jagex will implode.

To be clear I’m not saying every ban is false but there is clearly too many people claiming to be falsely banned for it to be coincidental
@JagexSupport show some evidence, say something other than empty words and redirecting us to an empty solution. This is people’s get away, what they look forward to every day. You take that from them without any explanation, other than “read the rules” when they did nothing wrong
