This week’s Respiratory Dashboard update is now live at OttawaPublicHealth.ca/VirusReport, with the latest trends for COVID-19, RSV, and the flu. We do these every week to help you assess your risk and that of your loved ones. This week's key takeaways: while COVID-19 levels are moderate, flu is very high and RSV is high. Last week, the number of people hospitalized with the flu was higher than the week before. Overall, combined hospitalizations for the three viruses last week were higher than the same time last year. There’s still time to get your annual flu vaccine. It’s one of the best ways to prevent hospitalizations and complications, and it's especially important for those at highest risk like older adults and young children. Flu vaccines are readily available in the community. In fact, last week, the number of people hospitalized with the flu was higher than the peak of last season. The good news?
