No matter how often it happens, it is always upsetting when you meet young adults who are rough sleeping when they tell you that they have no living relatives.
Unfortunately I've known 2 women who slept rough who were diagnosed too late. Please all RT and get the message out #CervicalCancerPreventionWeek

I'm currently trying to fathom out how to best target a vulnerable 18 yr old rough sleeper who speaks little English, without making him paranoid (Which he already is) We fear he is being exploited. @homelesslondon

@homelesslondon Out of the 9 people rough sleeping that I was particularly keen to check in with during the wet, windy night last night, we found 5. Not bad really!
So last night's outreach shift was a success, as we encouraged a vulnerable couple to return to their accommodation despite their problems with the bureaucracy of completing forms!
