The Ford P69 at the 1969 Brands Hatch 6HS. Jack Brabham / Frank Gardner To fix the high-speed instability of the P68, Alan Mann Racing built the P69 in 1969. It was heavily altered into an open-cockpit spyder and featured massive, elevated airfoil wings mounted to the front and rear to force the car down. It proved difficult to set up and was quickly banned.

@TylerWong65 The last few races there had more people in the paddock than in the stands. And that was when Marlboro was giving away tickets everywhere. If Indycar comes back they need to race the road course at night under the lights.
