@curryspcworld We bought a game and phone on credit. We wanted the game refunded and sent it back but you refunded both. Now my wife is being passed around all of your departments and can't sort this out. All we want to do is pay for our phone on credit. Why is this so difficult?

@TeamKnowhowUK Currys PC World I will do but we have already responded online with emails and messages, we have made phone calls and none seems able to resolve it. I suspect as I respond to this I will have the same result.
