@ChiBuildings Sorry for the acronyms. WACC = weighted average cost of capital. PACE (facepalm for using another acronym) can often replace mezzanine financing in a capital stack for example.
@ChiBuildings We can't comment on inquiries and applications, but we would say that any commercial project of scale should inquire to see how C-PACE financing can help developers conserve equity and/or manage to a lower WACC... all while investing in EE/renewables that lower OPEX long term.
