3/15: 21 hours on a bus. #NuffSaid
3/14: The Beast & her new owners successfully passed the border test. So long old friend, we look forward to watching your journey progress.
3/13: It's official, Carl and Heather are all moved in! The Beast gets a second shot at the Carretera Austral while we celebrate in Brazil!
3/12: Drafting and printing out the bill of sale for the vehicle that has been our home for the last 15 months is an incredibly odd feeling.
3/11: A dark and stormy start to Autumn in Chile. We light up the fireplace and settle in for a double feature horror movie showing.
3/10: Proof that we've been too sedentary lately - a full day cleaning knocks us both out, asleep with the lights on at 930pm. #2old4this
3/9: Back in Chile preparing to hand over the Beast to a couple of northbound #overlanders. A cabin in the woods seems to be a fitting end.
3/8: Last night in the Beast: the sunshine on our shoulders, a few heartfelt cheers', and a roaring campfire. Fin.
3/7: The anxiety about leaving the PanAm grows each day. Even a private sunset on the lake is hard to enjoy.
@LostWorldExp We're going through it now (via the Consulate in BsAs). Flying into Sao Paulo on our way home.
3/6: You know you've been on the road too long when you wake up to a deserted lake landscape and sleep in for another hour. #GoodLife
3/5: Into the Lakes District with a fishing pole and a half dozen unread books. Ready for some quality bush camping outdoors time.
@ntopliffe Not quite! We have a couple weeks yet in Argentina and Brazil. But our tickets home are bought, we're stateside March 27th!
3/4: Maybe it's our imminent departure thats causing us to stay "1 more day" for a week. It will not be easy to bid farewell to the Beast.
3/3: The Brazilian visa process is complicated, one false move and it's sayonara sucka! Honing our Portuguese schmoozing skills...
3/2: Nothing like applying for multiple janitorial jobs and *really* hoping they pan out to add a little perspective to your day.
3/1: Examining the paper versions of our former selves today. How does one add expert in awesomeness to a resume?
2/29: Planned to go out to a fancy meal but our cocktail hour somehow turned into a cocktail night. Sure gonna miss this party on wheels.
