Cybersecurity certifications, they are part of the ecosystem. With about 400 for cybersecurity, I am going to quit using them to asses skill. They provide education but so does on the job training. No more outsourcing my training responsibility. #cybersecurity #certifications
Cybersecurity should follow this RACI model Responsibility land on the CISO or security department Accountability lands on the business owners Consulted groups should include business drivers, not just IT Informed groups are your customers Do you use RACI? #cybersecurity #RACI
