@DrEenfeldt I dropped 25 lbs doing low carb alone. To drop and additional 20 I had to add 1-2 days a week of time restricted feeding and eliminate all snacks. Total, I've lost 45 lbs (about 25% of my starting wt) and have kept it off by continuing a lowish (not keto) level of carbs

@SpunkyBunks @drandyphung Why my brain works more clearly on keto and I've lost 45 lbs, reduced my trigs, increased my HDL, reduced my fasting glucose, dropped 2 sizes... all so unhealthy for me in the long run. Gluconeogenesis seems to make enough carbs for my body, thanks. 2.5 years lchf & still going
